Changes to T&Cs are covered in... the T&Cs. Minor changes are allowed but major changes (and it depends on what you or the network provider define as major) usually allow you to give 30 days notice and cancel. Getting a network to admit that they've made a major change, however, is another matter.If I've helped you please show your appreciation by using the "Thanks" button

I think they have upgraded my wifi allowance. My motivation is ending my contract
I know from experience that you can terminate an o2 contract if you suffer a "material disadvantage" (I think Voda have this as well)
If you have received some sort of upgrade at no extra cost then you would not be able to invoke this clause/reason.0 -
An upgrade to your allowance can not be regarded as a "material disadvantage" as there is no disadvantage. The law is there to protect you from contract change to your detriment not to give you a free get out on any change.0
