Hi all - soggy dull day here and I feel like sleeping but instead am having one of those days where there doesn't seem to be time to think!
Snaggs, sorry you're feeling like that. It does sound like they could be anxiety/ depression symptoms - Mr S was diagnosed with depression last year but his main symptoms are panicky-type ones. He was given antidepressants which are supposed to deal with both sides of it and which did make a big difference. But I would certainly say it's worth going back and having a further talk about how you feel and what the options are.Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -

February 19th for a possible meet-up?
No idea where. Somewhere central and on a major train route would be best!
Sounds Doable. How many folk do we have in the Midlands? Would Birmingham be a good place?26.2.19/14.1.19: T MC 3629.26/3629.26 : VM 0% 1050/13876.59 : W 0% 100/1485 = 4409.26/18990.85 =25.17%28.1.19/28.1.19 Hubs 0% £400/£2,977 =13.44%SPC 2019 #073

Snags hun....remember those hours you talked me through those hellsh hours! Listen to yourself...you know best!
Stress and anxiety will cause that shortness of breath, feeling like youve got someone sat on your chest, feeling the need to cough. It might not be depression but just everything that is catching up with you. Ive been there, its horrible, thoughts that you might have something wrong with you, but this all adds to the stress and worsening effects. Take some time out, get signed off if need be for a few weeks and relax (yes not easy with children around!)
Will you and any other people who have my number text me please (luc, spud, suzy etc etc) as I lost all my numbers when phone went caputI'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....
