Claim for a new phone against your insurance. Should not be a problem.

That's terrible news, your only hope is home insurance i'm afraid. Not sure why the people who sold the phone to you could ever be expected to replace a stolen handset.

Hi i did try but they said it was not worth more than £100 so therefore they wouldn't replace the phone  but this was with our home insurance

Not sure why they wouldn't replace it, was this the only thing stolen?

The company that you bought it from will not be interested.

  • I'm assuming everything that was stolen was less than your excess, and that's why they won't pay?
