Help!!! Need to book mutiple flights from multiple destinations

Hi all,
This may be more of a Travel agent recommendation request but, I need to book flights for up-to 100 people flying to Copenhagen, from a few locations, at different times. Most departures will be from Amsterdam but some will be from other arts of Europe.

Can anyone recommend the easiest way to do this?
Does anyone have any experience that may be useful in co-coordinating such a travel plan?

Thanks.

I would look for a good local travel agent.

Go to Cph's website and see airlines and destinations.

Might also be worth going to an airline directly..

Who are the 100 people and what's your relationship with them?

I ask that not to pry, but to get an idea what their expectations are. Unless you're doing this as part of your job, I would caution against getting involved in 100 complex itineraries. Like it or not, you will become intricately involved in the inevitable delays, cancellations, missed flights, changes of plan...

A good, independent, local travel agent is what you need. One which has an office you can go into and speak face to face, and preferably with a single point of contact. Most would be glad of the business, and may well negotiate a discount or at least some additional service.

If you post where you live, perhaps someone can give you a recommendation?

    Hi all,
Sorry to revive and old thread but I went ahead and booked all these flights manually last year, and although it wasn't too bad, it would be easier for me to organise this through a travel agent.
Can anyone recommend me a cheap travel agent who can help with this?
Most flights originate in Amsterdam and KLM was the most frequently used carrier (about 60 of the 85 flights). Would a KLM specialist be the best to use?

    Thanks!
