Best Thing To Do About Credit Cards?

Hi,

I am 4k in debt and i manage to get this down to £2k by the end of the year but keeps going back up each year i need my car and essential things. I want to clear off this debt asap i can barley afford minimum payments i was thinking of a IVA wud that be too extreme for only £4k i could do a trust deed as in Scotland and have it paid off in 3 years?

Please advise as stuck?

It would seem, on the face of it, that you are living beyond your means. If you cannot increase your income then you need to consider reducing your expenditure.
