Pending Transaction that did not go through

What happened was I tried to buy flight tickets on a website using my debit card, just as I clicked submit when entering the payment the website came up with an error but the money was taken off my available balance, it has been pending now for a week in the bank, the airline company wont claim it and the bank still have…
