  • I am also off to bed but MG I have done a list of independent schools from Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea, Camden and City of London as these are all surrounding boroughs (Lancaster is in Westminster).

Can you let me know if this is ok? There were 59, not sure how many state schools there will be.

    Night all.

BoB - Great news your DD is home, hope she continues to improve.

Fantasia - Sounds like you have a DD to be proud of & I am sure she will bounce back from todays horrid news, especially now MG has offered her help.

Claire - Glad you seem to be on the mend, sorry Mum is now poorly :(

Mike - A metal nail file  I know dentist can be expensive but......

Evening all, and :rotfl: at MG not even thinking of the Matrix! :rotfl: Honestly woman! :D

I've come through my miserable down-in-the-dumps-ness of last week :j and am feeling much more positive :j PhD is getting written, thinking positively and cheerily :T

And today I asked my friend about collecting football kit :T Will email her a poster tomorrow :T

So, in the spirit of capitalising on my positive thinking, and because I *have* been writing and doing my own work this week :T MG, I can take York if you haven't got anyone to do it yet - bung me a spreadsheet :D

(I also vaguely remember saying I'd ask the people I used to do voluntary work for about their venue for your Leeds trip, which I'm ashamed to say I haven't got round to yet - I WILL do it tomorrow - have you got a venue yet?)

Glad your daughter's feeling better BoB :T

((((((claire))))))) remember to ask for help next time! :)

    Got the spreadsheet MG...

As I said, can't do anything this weekend - it's DH's birthday & he's off for the weekend so I have to do nice wifey things with him. I also need to still get him a present as I have NO idea what to get him. The only thing he keeps asking for is a 3D TV (& that's a NO, by the way).

Any ideas would be nice.... - we don't need things so going out somewhere nice & different would be good
