Woooooooooo eeeeeeeeeeee oooooo dum de dum dum de dum!!!!!
We're back - well when I say we I mean one baby who went from car to bed without opening his eyes - and one DS1 who has completely run out of puff after running on adreneline all day.
EXTERMINATE EXTERMINATE EXTERMINATE!!!!!
As for Dr Who Live! What can I say???? Short on plot - but long on Monsters :rotfl::rotfl:.
Video of the ten regenerations got the biggest woop! woop! from the Mums in the audience when David Tennant appeared. Then again I suppose it was on his home turf.:D
Special Effects were to BBC's high standards - the orchestra and choir were outstanging - but DS1 was most excited to see the Dalek that could fly!!!
YOU WILL BE ASSIMILATED!!!!
We hung on to the end cos some of my old theatre mates were in the cast and crew - DS's eyes were out on stalks when he saw his Mum being picked up, twirled around then soundly snogged by the campest Cyberman you have ever seen!!!
He did get to stroke a Dalek though - and the sound guy made it purr when he did so.:rotfl::rotfl:
Met Souk at 6 - and after we got ourselves sorted headed out to get the car (avoiding the mad scramble that there usually is) to find that our car was the only one left in the carpark. Even better - the attendants had obvioulsy knocked off and we got to leave without paying the £6.00 fee - very MSE!!!
So thats £6.00 more for the kitty Souk -:D

Can we invite the architect of the bed to join the Matrix??
Either she'd love this group of mad ladies and be persuaded to make Mikes week - or he'd be so freaked out he'd give us one to make us go away:rotfl::rotfl:
Either way we are a force to be reckonned with:D

Thats great! I've had my pic taken in Glasgow at the Tardis in the street ... and I've been to the odd science fiction convention where there's been a dalek patrolling the queue to get in ... you often find the prettiest girl or the nerdiest boy ends up trapped against the wall by a dalek wanting to say hello :rotfl:
Being embraced by a camp cyberman definitely trumps everything, tho :j:j:j I'm glad you had such a lovely time, all of you.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
