Problem with accessing the sidebar links on moneysavingexpert.com

When I log into https://www.moneysavingexpert.com on my own and any other computer I can see the sidebar that says things like forums, guides etc. (it appears in a kinda orangey colour I believe - to the side of the "Latest Money Saving Articles). On my girlfriends computer I can't - does anyone know how to sort this problem?
FYI she is running windows XP and we are using internet explorer to view the site
