possible tesco glitch!!

just a "heads up"...there may be a problem with Tescos POS a lot of the deals that had price reductions starting wed...di not update, nor did the bogofs.

E.G. my local store had 12 pack coke for £3 on end of row yet in fizzy drink row, still showin as £4.62...meant DTD of £3.24 ...in total we has been given a refund of £32 for DTD, when we got home and checked, DTD should have been nearer £38, BIG queues at CS desk....glitch has been going on since wed, wish we had known before we shopped, may go back and stock up on other items....

Just called CS, he said he doesn't know why and can't see it but will credit me with a £5 voucher blah blah.

~The items nor the offer is now showing on my tesco site.

Hi i have just cancelled my order due for delivery tonight ,and there was no explanation on the offer at all ,they just said we have taken your order off the van and refunded your money, which will take 3-5 working days to go back into my account ,the offer has now been removed for the tesco website. so my advise to anyone with a deliver today is to cancell it via a phone call to cs ,we win some and we dont..

They had the 42 wash persil non bio liquid in store for £2.50 today on sel and going through the till at this price about 5 bottles left in brislington bristol store, didn't get any as i stocked up on the 71p colour stuff on last week! :T

bah, same thing here. Phoned customer services "error online blah blah blah" so I cancelled the order and they've also refunded the delivery charge so no worse off. Makes me all the more vengeful and likely to take advantage of other glitches though!

Mines went back with the driver also :mad: just another thing if anyones ordered the online exclusive for catsan catlitter 2 for £9 that don`t work either had to phone cs for a refund and it`s not dtd online :mad:.

Pull yourselves together, you knew and were warned not to get too excited, but that grabby grabby mentality kicked in and now you feel hard done by because you have lost exactly nothing (apart from maybe the cost of delivery, well though titty).

I love how some of you think it's your God given right to have this honored, or should be compensated in some way because it wasn't (DTD? Don't make me laugh...).

Sure, it's sometimes worth a go, but frequently these mistakes are spotted and rectified as they should be so you would be better off assuming that you will not get deal, would have thought you would be used to the disappointment by now.
