  • Thanks for all the advice everyone. Just going to post to each of the three companies today to get my credit reports then move onto the bankrupcy. Is it the CAB I go to when I'm ready to start the ball rolling?

    yes, the CAB can help you face to face for free. alternatively, the national debtline or the cccs can help you over the phone, again, for free. advantage of the CAB is they can help you with the br forms if you need it
