CPW will provide photographic evidence of the damage. If you go to store too collect the handset, ask to see it. Then you'll know what happened.Have I helped? Feel free to click the 'Thanks' button. I like to feel useful (and smug).

My daughter had a new phone which she got on t mobile when it stopped working after 7 months they refused to replace it and sent it off for repair, they said it would be a £60 to repair it as it had been dropped or banged (it had not) in the end it came down to her word against theirs and she had to get it repaird at a local stall for £10. I think its so easy for them to say that people have caused the damage themselves and then thats it you have to pay.0
