You can have max 3 - so once you get £15K - open a 3rd.

You might find you have to open your 2nd and 3rd either by phone or in branch - there are lots of threads on here about opening vantage accounts - including some earlier posts in this thread

Your monthly interest on A will take you over 7K - so if you keep your starting balances all below 7K ( 6+ in each) - you can leave your interest (about £18 a month) to accumulate upto 7K before you need to find another home for it. Then you just need to shuffle £1000 through the accounts each month as you said.Hmm just trying to understand this process a little better.
