Lowering vodafone tariff
hi, i am on a vodafone 24 month contract, 12 months in. and wanted to lower my tariff to as low as possible but im on 35 a month contract and they say i can only lower it to 25.something to do with downgrade policy, is this correct? is there any way i can lower it further than that maybe 15 or 20 a month?

You can only go down on tariff at a time, so go down to 25 now, then next month go down to 15 ect.0

It can also depend on your tariff, for instance some plans cannot be downgraded at all particularly those beginning YPL.0

This is what they apparently are saying now, yesterday they said i could downgrade to 25. today they are saying i cant downgrade at all. they wouldnt let me speak to a manager. no idea what to do now, they said i can pay 200 pound to end contract. having to consider that atm. any help?0
