I apologise for my ahermmm comment about about the IS. But i do have a sense of humour, hidden in here somewhere.

Maybe there should be a ' sticky ' about this, because there phone lines really are ' dead ', as in non existent, just a brrrrrr. No connection, no message. 2 and a half weeks could be an awful long time for some people to wait to find that, yes, the IS does actualy exist on this number. I know when i was first ringing them, i was pretty desperate to talk to them. If i had'nt posted this on here, now, who is to know??

I don't know if there is only one IS office, or if there are ' branches ' , in different areas of the country? Is there only one telephine number? If so, why can't you be connected to a recorded message, at least, to tell you there are ' difficulties ' . My query can wait, for now.

could it be their upgrades to systems is due to the thousands going br.lol.:D
