Has anyone had any experience with CSA Falkirk (High Priority cases)

Yep basically it is one of the false promises their complaints officers give out to make people feel better. It has made no difference to the way they treat my case0

My case was transferred from Plymouth to Bolton to Falkirk via Bishop Aukland lol. To be fair since it has been at Falkirk there has been significant progress.
Thank your lucky stars you are not with Bolton. They are the biggest load of incapables I have ever come across. The csa person there did jack !!!! on my case for 3 months. Since being at Falkirk they have looked at a variation I put through in April. My new assessment has been done and exs appeal has just failed.
A new payment schedule has just been issued. Another bit of paper for me to look at longingly and for the ex to ignore when he gets his copy.
I have been advised that if ex chooses to not play ball then I am looking at months if not years before seeing any money. I would probably [STRIKE]serve[/STRIKE] spend less time for murder.
Good luck with them0 -

Hi,
I was posting on the cs last year so I'm not a cs plant !!! I didn't get anything for 18 months then made a complaint and said I'm going to my mp vince cable no less and then I got transferred to Falkirk .
Well 3 months later , my ex got the shock of his life and got slapped with a doe for the current and arrears and has been paying since June this year every month after basically getting threatened with having his ltd company closed down. So personally as soon as Falkirk got involved things got moving and it was like they were my new bff .
But maybe they didn't fancy the business Minster breathing down their neck so they pulled a finger out !!!

The Independent Case Examiner (ICE)
ICE looks into complaints about certain government organisations, including the CSA. They will only look into your child maintenance case once you’ve been through the CSA complaints process.
If you want ICE to look at your complaint, you need to contact them within six months of getting a final reply from the CSA.
Find out more information about ICE by using the link belowI made a mistake once, believeing people on the internet were my virtual friends. It won't be a mistake that I make again!0
