Is there a good office to deal with ?

    Can someone start a poll.:rotfl:
  • I doubt it!! But if someone knows of one I hope they care to share!:)
  • UCH!!! Even more deflated now my ex has been laid off from work!!! Looks like I will never get this money now!!!!
  • Well ive decided to give up on my case it causes far too much stress and worry NRP been laid off and is now selling his car so obviously hes skint and I will not see a penny of the sale of the car any money i get now from csa will be a bonus (whenever that will be) Im not gonna push for it, if money makes him happy then so be it.
  • You have my sympathy if your case is there they have had mine for years. In fourteen years there has been next to no progress. They don't return calls send letters or let you know what is going on hence my my son is owed over thirty four thousand pounds. My advice is ring them weekly for progress updates so they don't forget about your case as they often do.
  • My case has been high priority there for over a year and guess what ..... Still no payments
  • I've never even heard of a 'high priority' team in Falkirk. Is this for cases involved in legal enforcement?
  • Yes you are usually made high priority if you have been waiting a long time for action and or your case has been badly handled. Mine was made high priority after my mp got involved. Not that it does u any good at falkirk
  • I don't think it is a team as such just your case worker has to deal with your case as quickly as possible
  • It sounds like something they're saying to make it sound as though further action is being carried out...
