I got my MP involved. Next thing I knew i get a phone call from a lady in Falkirk saying my case is deemed High Priority and its in a queue. Charming!!!!

I went through ICE after High priority and CSA in general failed me time and time again,recieved an apology and aprox 900 pounds compensatory payment from CSA due to the ICE case this year.This said I've been fighting to get CSA for 9 years,its just restarted again,will see how long for this time before my sons father changes jobs again.Out of 9 years I have recieved maintenance for about 18 months,not satifactory at all imo.Luckily my husband provides for my son along with our children.

Hi Niclon, to be honest I didnt have a problem with my case up until last year my ex was made redundant he asked me to close the case to do a private agreement (silly me). After a couple of weeks with not a penny exchanged i went back to the CSA and re-opened the case (within the 13 weeks time scale) NRP got a new job CSA did an assessment on CS2 i am on CS1 after going through the complaints process they admitted they made a mistake I am on CS1!!! My ex has provided everything he needs to and I still havent had a penny!! I by no means think im hard done to considering your own wait and others on here but my ex doesnt job hop or anything hes quite compliant as he knows too well they catch up with you in the end. I hope you get some money soon.

Oh lord! Best of luck Shermanator...you are so going to need it. You aren't in a hurry for the child support are you believe me you will be waiting a very looooooooong time with these chumps.
