Sky Verbal Contract How to proof

Was a Sky customer for years, cancelled contract in May/10 in order to organise my budget.
Back in August got a phone call offering Sky + Internet for £10 a month/year. Which I accepted (thought it was a great deal).
Got the internet installed in Sept/10 and now my bill is saying that I agreed to have the Internet for £5 a month + £10 for Sky. The only proof I have are my notes and I read my notes back to the person who offered the deal to make sure what I was signing in for.
How can I now prove they are wrong in charging me for the internet?
Appreciate your insight on this.
