    I had to email them 3 times, twice got a standard email reply, the 3rd time sorted no problems and all working fine now:j

    This looks good on paper, but if they were really trying to help us out, they could simply restructure everyone’s accounts to charge one rate for transactions under £9.50 and the other rate if it exceeds the £9.50 rate.
    Having two accounts will just be confusing, the only reason they don’t do what I said above is because they know they will catch a lot of people out on the math. I wonder how many people will have already paid the 5% charge on items worth over £100 by mistake?
