Although I've only dealt with Trading Standards once (last month) I found them extremely efficient and helpful. The problem I had couldn't be resolved in my favour, but nevertheless I was very impressed with the service I received.0 -
I brought a washing machine last year from thhis site.
I was lucky though and got it for about £60 less than in the shops - but i had bid on maybe 20 or so washing machines before that and never got because the price went up too much.
Mine was described as having a small dent on the right hand side - I've searched high and low and not a single dent to be found!Lightbulb moment Dec 2005 - debt £23700
