I too had trouble fnding this id code. In the end they accepted the bank account number but there was lots to-ing and fro-ing before they did. I contacted Nationwide and they told me to use the bank account number....Good luck. Still no sign of the £35 though
Just read Ziggys reply and I think he`s right...I was told to use the customer no. not bank account no.like I said before...sorry for the confusion.0 -

Anyone else getting this when trying to query the missing cashback? £35 validated, but still (typical Quidco) unpaid:
Cashback amount of �0.00 cannot be submitted for a cashback query. Please ensure that you have entered all requisite amounts and make surefor calculating your missing cashback.0 -

haven't read the whole thread but, i took out an 6 month Ebond in May 2010. It stated I would have to have the money in there for the full 6 month before payment and sure enough £35 was paid by Quidco in November. I did put the minimum 5k in though!0
