I questioned mine as it was declined originally. It then changed to validated....I was told I would have to wait 60 days before I would find out if I would receive payment. The 60 days are up tomorrow. I will contact them again if I hear nothing in the next few days....not holding my breath though !

The stats say 2 months (average), so probably worth chasing up after 3 months.

Mine just says validated too but I did get the email from quidco regarding the mistake and they confirmed nationwide would honour the cashback so Im still expecting it. Sometime soon I hope!

My cashback got declined after about two months even though I complied with all the requirements.

When I queried this with Quidco they told me that they were unable to overturn their decision even though they implied I had met all the conditions of cashback. In other words Nationwide will not entertain any more queries and will not pay them so they will not pay me!

I'm in the same boat. 3 months now since validation and no sign of any payment. Time to complain to Quidco - time after time after time they prove to me how much better Topcashback is than Quidco at paying out.

Rarely use them at all now because of all the problems getting them to pay up.
