Still sitting there - validated but unpaid. Typical Quidco. Probably just hoping everyone will forget about it so they don't need to pay it out. I see someone started a Quidclan post a couple of weeks back but Quidco haven't bothered to reply to it:

Thanks kwt, so there has not been any actual comments like say the Quidco moan zone??
It's basically just another Quidclan at the moment without any comments.
Hope this gets the attention it deserves and members don't have to wait months and months like other financial Quidco transactions.
    Declines would be another issue.

  • I opened 3 of these bonds when the original offer was on. It clearly stated "one per customer", not "one per Quidco member" at that time. So my mother and partner purchased them through my Quidco account. They used their own bank account details and internet banking logins. Now Quidco say they will only pay for 1 account as it is now "one per Quidco customer".

I have asked them to query this as it is plainly a retrospective change, and is costing Nationwide no more than if they had opened their own Quidco accounts.

Quidco say they will chase it but demand that I provide "your customer id in the format 2722322003". Nothing like that exists. They won't accept our bank account numbers. So we can go no further, unless anyone knows what they mean by this code ?

I too had trouble fnding this id code. In the end they accepted the bank account number but there was lots to-ing and fro-ing before they did. I contacted Nationwide and they told me to use the bank account number....Good luck. Still no sign of the £35 though

You need your customer number, the one you use to log-in to your on-line banking.
