Need some advice about tmobile billing
i have a contract with t-mobile for £26 a month, i am a student so i don't want to be dishing out loads of money. this month they have taken £90 out of my bank account £40 out for my contract and another £50 for something they aren't actually being clear on where its from and being very unhelpful. t-mobile claim i have been subscribing to third party services (which i haven't) i have been getting text messages since i signed up for the contract so i presumed they were junk from tmobile so i just ignored them. i have also been requesting that they send me my bill to both my mobile phone through text and through the post. for the first 2 or 3 months i received them on my phone and asked for them to be sent to my home address so i can see my activity. i have not received any type of bill for six months and its usually £50 a month coming out which i thought i just went over and paid it. now i find out its a third party service taking an extra £20 a month without me subscribing to anything. Iv been on the phone for them for hours already and i am trying to get some sort of refund or compensation for it. this month i am left with very little money and as im a student im going to have to live off about £20 for the rest of the month...
I was wandering if anyone else has had a problem and how they dealt with it. is there any way i can claim anything back and how do i get round to it? it would be much appreciated

It's also an additional charge to get a paper bill sent to your house - £2.35 ex VAT I think it is, so it'll be around £3 on your phone bill. Do the text's you're receiving come from the same number? Try googling the number to see what it comes up with.Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j0
