Hi, i've just come off the phone to ntl with the view to getting a better deal. I was given 2meg broadband, free off peak calls and a free udgrade to digital tv base pack(Normally £25 installation fee) for the price of £26 per month. They haven't really done anything on the phone/tv as new customers can get this price (£16) but they have given me broadband for £9.99 for six months and as i my bill has just gone back up to £16.50 a month for the old analog tv/phone deal i am better off, however last time i called they gave me half price phone/tv (£7.99 per month) plus the £9.99 broadband. Did i get a good deal or not because try as i did i could'nt get them to budge anymore. should i have followed through with cancellation to call there bluff? Your views and help will be much appriciated
