Must be to do with your occupation ? Im listing you as a sales assistant and the quotes im getting even using the Edinburgh postcode is £989 as a provisional licence holder and then £1200 as a newly passed driver...
If you can get it for £560 and only a £20 rise once you pass your test then i would buy it NOW !!!!

It's my sisters car, she said I can just wait another month, still got it's tax till july, and MOT just 2 months ago

As its your sister , would she not let you take the car tomorrow once you have the insurance sorted and then PAY for it next month ?
