            Evening all
Ames - Love the boots but how do you manage to walk in those with mobility problems? I always love the look of heels but go back to comfort.
My mobility problems are fatigue, rather than anything physical most of the time, if it's a bad day where I'm likely to stumble then I wear flats, but I find high heels more comfortable than flats for some reason, flats hurt the back of my calves.
Bookie - I think your bank needs a slap. Hope you manage to get some trousers sorted and well done on getting the job.
Had a stressy but good day - DH had his driving assessment, they're putting indoresments on his licence which we expected but he had a good drive around once they'd got him comfortable and he now knows he can do it......they taught him how to approach things differently to cope with his pain and movement limitations too which was great. So now we can sort out test drives with the cars he's interested in (typically the one he wanted is no longer on the scheme ((removed on the 1st of October)) but no one thought to tell us that last week when we were chatting to them).
That's great news, things really seem to be coming together for you finally.
A glass of wine and an early night is in order now and tomorrow MIL is coming for the day - being dropped off at 7.30am..after her hip replacement she's going stir crazy staring at the walls so she's coming to stare at mine instead
Back from my drum lesson, which went well, I'm about to start on doing different speeds with different limbs, which I've been expecting and dreading for a while, but I think I'll be ok.
Just chilling with some wine before bed and another long day tomorrow.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0 -

I've been making a New York style baked cheesecake and before putting the filling in, you brush the sides of an ordinary non-stick springform pan with melted butter. It's then baked and when I release the clip, nothing sticks to the side.
I think I got my tin at Tesco.
