LMC, sorry to hear you're struggling with your studying. I'm a lot more motivated now after having a few months break, and looking forward to getting stuck in again instead of it just being another chore.

Cheers Ames, I think its for several reasons, the course was a bit boring and I got 43% in my last assignment, yes it's a pass but the lowest mark I've ever had.

The inner geek is looking forward to my next course. I've dusted down my economics dictionary already!

    And I LOVE the boots.

Billie I can do your order today if you don't mind having a brown tree trunk on your xmas trees instead of a black. I must have miscounted how many I needed :(

Bookie - Hope you find some trousers in Tesco. If not, have you a Sainsburys near you that sells clothes? I bought a pair of trousers at the weekend in grey (they had other colours as well) for £6. Good luck for Friday

Afternoon all, trying to revise today but it isn't going in. Got to take another DVD to the post office - think this one might be a loss too *sigh*

  • I've just chased around about my student loan and hopefully, I might have got it sorted. The guy in charge of finance at the university is sending a letter to SFE, confirming that I'm a student, which hopefully should be enough, depending on how he phrases it. So, fingers crossed for me please, I really can't afford to live off my wages for a year and save to rent a flat in London at the same time.

Stupid bank phoned - reckon I'm in arrears with my loan. Er it goesout by standing order every month and has been doing. Apparently it is up to me to prove to them that they have lost it!
Days like today make me want to give up on life.
