There isn't a cooling off period for items purchased in store if you can find them cheaper elsewhere.0

I am sure you should get fourteen days to cancel the contract as I have had this problem and it is still on going.0

Don't you get 28 days if theres a fault diagnosed within that period? Or 14 days if it's a signal problem that their coverage checker didn't find?
I'm not 100% though0 -
Him being able to get the phone for free elsewhere doesn't make the phone he has got faulty, so the 28 day rule doesn't apply, he'd also have to prove there is signal problems at his home address for the 14 day rule to apply0
