Milo..Milo..READ the posts back and try again

what you did sure was your own choice BUT you did break your terms of bankruptcy its stated ANY changes in financial circumstances you MUST report to your receiver within 21 days..NOT as you did spent the cash then informed them, all you've done is take cash away that could have gone to your estate..and as i've said your VERY VERY lucky nothing came of it

anyhow...thought you posted your last here according to your post?

not that you'll take a blind bit of notice of what anyone here really says

although... posts like this? I really really do wonder why I bothered staying here when all people i've helped in the past do is throw things back in your face

and for the record? as far as i'm aware no argument took place..like you say your entitled to your voice same as anyone else here but when someone posts something such as you did the trolls will swarm..someone could take your advice on board & not knowing any better be in a whole world of trouble..

take a post on the board you suggest someone did after receiving compensation..the OR wont be interested go out & buy your car blah blah blah...plain wrong & VERY dangerous

  • no i didnt break the terms of my bankruptcy i told the o/r within the three weeks of extra monies i earned but at the same time i told them id used it for things as a family we needed which they accepted quite happily so dont be so judgemental and quick at jumping on people i would of thought with your position at cab u would of learned that!:D

read that post again then that person asked how to hide something not whether it was right or wrong i answered it the way he asked again your jumping on me, if he wanted the legal answer he would of asked stop being so biased look at things from both sides just because you know its wrong doesnt mean that is what the poster wants, you as well as me know easy ways to hide things from the o/r if thats what people want to do they will just because you tell them its wrong doesnt mean thats what they want or will do,tolls blah blah blah

you dont see the point though do you? what if someone here comes along & things "hmm yeah thats good advice" when plainly its incorrect yet they suffer the fallout from it...then what?

which...broke the terms of a LEGAL document you signed in court

wish we all could ring the OR & say "oh i've received £xxxx...but already spent it on xyz.."

many people here needed basic essentials BUT rang the OR before they considered spending...and the OR took the cash

no wonder bankrupts are the butt of everybodys insults :rotfl:

ok lets leave it there phil,i do see your point but just see it from both sides,no hard feelings eh
  • Hi first post I went bankrupt last month after 20 years self employment I in my 60's classed as working age in receipt ESA and HB and small amount from a private pension. No IPA in place as yet as I am out of work and very low income, if I have to look for work when I go on JSA the IPA will take any thing surplus. looks like to avoid getting a job for 12 months unless I go for very low paid with lots of benefits whats the chance of that.
I have used a ttps://nedcab.cabmoney.org.uk/bankruptcypoc.asp put in the accepted expenditures but unable to afford the allowances reduced many things what the OR would accept only so I can afford to live eg; half the food bill etc; if I put this as my budget then get some work could I then raise my expenditure allowances so avoid the IPA altering eg; the food single person £210 I put in £125 just to balance it out. T5ry out the link work a buget plan this is the only one I could find on internet not sure how up to date it is.
