Santander to who?

Got quite excited ()reading this thread as I am looking at moving from RBS (soon to be Santander, obviously greatly loved !!!). Working p/t I only bank just over £900 a month & we don't have a joint acct so does this mean First Direct is a total no-no for me? They sound like just what I need in a bank. My OH has banked with Barclays for years & doesn't want to move from them.0

I dont know about FD you need to call them. Why dont you bank with Barclays then it would be easier to set up a joint account later if needed.0
