I notice TalkTalk is now offering its customers the opportunity to have a mobile package, following there take over of Tiscoli.

The deal:

MOBILE PLUS
A bright idea for heavier mobile users
Unlimited calls to UK mobiles and standard landlines + text UK mobiles *
Unlimited calls to 36 popular international landline destinations *
No long term contracts, all we need is
30 days notice
* subject to a 200 per month fair use policy

all for £30 per month.

has any TalkTalk customers invested in this package? I am assuming its a sim only package? not seen anything mentioned by Martin Lewis? any thoughts?

Talk talk are the most incompetent bunch of idiots I have ever dealt with. They connected me to someone elses phone. told me it was my equipment, cut off the other persons phone when after 6 days they got me connected. Then they refused to help the other person because they were a sky customer. after that they sent me bills for calls I didnt make. Their customer service is totally non existent and their staff most unhelpful.
Who I am is not important. What I do is.

    Hi All,

The TalkTalk Mobile Service is offered as a open and transparent package.

It may not be suitable for everyone's needs, however this is true of any service. I can only advise to check your own current usage, consider the benefits and costs of the TalkTalk mobile service.

If the service is suitable for your needs then by all means try the and feedback on your experiences. If the service is not suitable and will result in increased costs then this would not be suitable.

    Regards
