Another poster posted the same thing, though - called them and paid and it was sorted. Either way, they've not taken payment (it seems) and the goods have been ordered, and they've politely requested she call and pay. I think the idea of not calling them is bizarre!

And yes, we all owe MB something!! I can still get the survey code to work, but they're all out of stock on the seamoss. How annoying!

I agree - I don't want to pay full price for the items though - would rather return them for a refund :o

What am I doing? I have placed several things in my basket, logged in and out, and now I have 8 things in my basket for £17! I know that two are the items that I can see in my basket and that 2 are the box and sample but I am stuck as to the other stuff thats not showing! Any ideas? Should I just go ahead and place the order?

Last of my order is out for shipment today but have noticed all the items where they work out free (seamoss gel) or just delivery (naranji cream and some of the lip balms £10 or £11 each) are all out of stock. Might be genuinely out of stock after all these orders or it might be the only way they can solve their technical glitch until they sort ie you can use a code for something of lower value and receive it for just postage.

£4.95 each? Or together? If the latter, how did you make it happen together?!

No, it's a glitch - there aren't actually 8 items, I'm afraid! And the box and sample also don't count...it just doesn't adjust the total at the top when you take items off. When I've used the site before it only says 2 for 2 items! So sorry to disappoint!

But if you add the MC code and have used it before it takes £20 off! So you can get any item up to £20 for £4.95...! :D

I'd imagine it's genuine....and if not, the attempt to sort it out didn't work, as the MC code now applies itself twice, automatically.

Just tried putting in the MC code for a present for husband (he is now pining for MB after seeing the orders for presents) and it has taken £20 off with that code! My little 5 year old tried the hand lotion last night and was in raptures he said it 'tasted' (?) all silky!

But thats the thing- it IS reducing and increasing the number of items in my basket as I add or remove them!

OMG :eek:the website has gone mad. Just got the yuan zhi shower gel for free, only paid the £4.95 postage. I will amazed if they honour this as you could just keep ordering, so long as it is under £20 the offer code takes off the total amount.
Even though i only had the shower gel in my basket it told me i had 7 items. Just looked at the order in my order history and i have 3 gift boxes and 3 free handwash samples which are showing as out of stock.:rotfl:

Tempted to order loads but not sure if that is a good idea.

By they way i received my hand cream and seamoss shower gel this morning for the price of delivery £4.95. I never had any communication via email at all.

    Hi everyone,

Just seen this post, can anyone give me a code so that I can place an order and hopefully get some deals like a lot of you have.
    Many Thanks
