I was wondering whether any money was paid at all for this particular order or whether if it was a case of the codes discouning the order more than they should?

I think we maybe all owe Molton Brown money!

Another poster posted the same thing, though - called them and paid and it was sorted. Either way, they've not taken payment (it seems) and the goods have been ordered, and they've politely requested she call and pay. I think the idea of not calling them is bizarre!

And yes, we all owe MB something!! I can still get the survey code to work, but they're all out of stock on the seamoss. How annoying!

Whatever I order or put in my basket, it's taking the total cost off, as long as it's under £20. If I put a £17 item in my basket then it takes £17 off. If I put a £15 item in it takes £15 off. How silly! They'd better pick up on that soon or I can see a lot of people taking advantage...!

    What's the sleepy mist, please?

I posted yesterday that I had the email from MB, saying that I had had goods that they had not charged for. When I rang customer services (which i was really nervous about doing!), the rep was really nice, didnt mention any details of the order etc, just apologised to me for any inconvenience caused! I thought they were going to ask for the whole amount but it was just the amount with the codes used. I have to say that I was kept hanging in a queue for quite a while so they may have had quite a few problems like this judging by how busy thier phoneline was!
    lovin' this site!

That's really useful, thanks murie. :)

The glitch has now doubled in size...they really, really need to get a technical expert in to sort their website out.

I know! Log into your account (one where you've used the MC offer before) add the MC code, then add something to your basket. It automatically takes it to £0. Crazy site. You won't be able to see anything in your basket, but that seems par for the course with this site...!
