What will happen if dont ring them !!!! As cant believe it has taken them over 7 days to discover this

Have just placed a third order this morning, having received the previous two (just beautiful) and I put in the MC code again and it has taken £20 off the order total! I ordered the sleep mist and total to pay was £9.95 including postage.:D0

What will happen? Well, as you've ordered and received the goods I'd imagine they'd pursue you for payment which they're entitled to do. Companies don't do their accounting at the end of every single day, and sometimes mistakes are made; it's only been seven days - you sound horrified as if they've waited a year to point this out to you?!
Just call them and pay the amount you owe. If you don't, they'll pursue you for the money, quite rightly.
ETA - sorry, I didn't mean this to sound snappy! It's just that they've asked you to call, and it needs to be sorted, so best to call and get it sorted out.

I was wondering whether any money was paid at all for this particular order or whether if it was a case of the codes discounting the order more than they should?
