lol, your in a contract, the only way to get out of it is to pay the line rental x the amount of months you have left0

II think you'll find (as Snakeeyes21 says above) you'll have no chance. Contract law and morals don't mix, sorry.0

If you are bothered about wasting energy, why post threads? This will stay on the server for ever maybe. What a waste!0 -

my morals are strange ? 10:10 no-pressure, maked video where they bloow up children becouse thy don't agre with teacher ?? this is moral ? ensures you that my CO2 foot print is then 10 smaller then yours.0 -
Phone them up, ask to pay the remainder of your contract up-front. I'm sure they'll let you cancel your contract them.
Don't mention morals or they'll laugh at you0 -

Why worry about a couple of kids, plenty more where they came from.
But blowin Ginola up was a liberty too far! I'm with 3 and will pay off my contract tomorrow. I hope others will follow.0 -

And you accuse me of trolling !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have to say that in this day when we are all being advised to be vigilant and watchful for bombers and having been a tube user in London when it was attacked, I found the video a little insensitive and in questionable taste but certainly no grounds for cancelling a contract.0 -
Unfortunately, we live in a world where morals and contractual obligations aren't on the same level. For example, BT have investments in the pornography industry, so it could be said that having a BT line rental or product is contributing to pornography and mistreatment of people in the industry. The majority of pensions in the UK are invested wholly or partly in BP and their recent problems in the gulf could leave people with the moral dilemma in knowing their money was used in a company where people died because safety precautions may have been overlooked.
There are a long list of such things and it's all but unavoidable.0 -

I'm confused, you're planning to buy yourself out of your contract because O2 encourage people to reduce their carbon emissions?
I hope you'll be boycotting comic relief and Sony too? Obviously you need to avoid google as they own youtube which is currently hosting the video!
Or is it the fact that they used special effects that bothers you? I found the video quite amusing and didn't find anything offensive about it. Turn on your TV after 9pm or go to the cinema, your bound to see something a lot more offensive then you'll have a lot more companies you can boycott.0
