    I dont mind..

    Newcastle

    London

    Truro

But i think this is a bit much....

    01/11/10 18:30
    Newcastle
    Available

    01/11/10 18:30
    Truro
    Available

    01/11/10 18:30
    London
    Available

    etc

I think that happens if someone copies and pastes form a screening site's list. I don't see what the problem is, to be honest - it's easy to read at least.

Me neither, you can't please all the people all the time. It's down to personal preference and given that this is a thread for all people... all sorts we get!

i agree it is easy to read, just saying if everyone did that the thread would be about 20 pages long lol

But that's where you are wrong :)

The previous example has at least been "spaced" which helps a bit, BUT making it spread over 4 or 5 pages leads to the possibility of missing a location (your own) when scrolling/paging up & down especially if they are not in alphabetical order (sometimes the case)

The usual cut & paste is ....

NEITHER of which is really very helpful at all.

For posts like this I ALWAYS go to the site and look for myself.
Firstly I don't trust the post to be 100% reliable or accurate - it wouldn't be the first time locations have been missed :(
Secondly I don't trust myself that I might miss my own cinemas buried within the melee of the jumbled confusion of information overload :(

There is no need to REPEAT time and time again the TIME ( :) :rotfl: :) ) or date or cinema chain when they are ALL THE SAME ( or the labels for the same - Date & time, Location etc. )

It's both quicker & easier to just go to SFF or TellTen etc. and look for oneself, saving time searching for "the wood in the trees" and delay attempting to get any tickets that might be available.

I agree with that last bit - it's what I meant when I asked why people posted lists of venues straight after someone posted a code.

haha yups, i've never understood why quoia does like that tho, with they computer knowledge i would have thought he/she(?) would be pretty on form with formatting.

I think you must be confusing me with the posts of someone else ???

I'm VERY particular about the layout and clarity of any post I make - especially FREE CINEMA CODES - don't want them to be obscure such that other posters miss them and then we end up with DUPLICATES :( - ALWAYS make the CODE STAND OUT (or such that the search facility would NOT miss them :( )

    OR

that all the locations, time(s) & date(s) are not are present and correct - otherwise another "helpful" person has to add another post to "complete" the previous "inadequate" offering :) (you know what I mean)

If you can show me one of my posts that constantly repeats the same information over and over again (and/or was a "cut & paste job") I'd be most grateful :)
