The correct solution is to politely message the person posting incorrectly telling them of their error. Unfortunately most of them will probably not take any notice!!!!
Even posters who have been around a while still post incorrectly, they post plays/concerts on the theatre thread correctly and then the same poster posts it on the Cinema thread incorrectly, they must know they are doing it wrong as they post on the correct thread first!!!!!"Sealed Pot challenge" member No. 138

I will be interested to see if this gets removed. I've said exactly the same things and asked for BG to remove erroneous posts. They stay and mine are deleted.
PMs are ignored or you get abuse. I don't bother anymore!0 -
I'm referring to a different issue really, i.e. that my post on the DISCUSSION thread simply pointing out the inappropriate posts on the codes only thread was deleted without any kind of explanation.
The moderators really need to delete the inappropriate posts and tell the posters why they have done so, as otherwise they often proliferate, as we have seen today with three more inane posts after yesterday's...0 -

That's what I was asking the BG's to do. My requests here were deleted whilst the dross on codes stays.
BG's refuse to pm people. It is not policy.0 -

That was my point - that they removed a perfectly reasonable post from the discussion thread, but happily leave utter dross on the codes only thread.

Posts on here often break the rules of the whole forum which is more than likely why they get deleted0

Your post was probably deleted for two reasons, the latter being, that by swapping tickets you will need to swap personal details, which is against the rules of the forum0 -

I am a silly sausage in question, rather than return tickets that may not be used I thought I would post the regulars on here first...and they were taken :T
I realise its 'codes only' but wasn't sure where else to post as it was still free tickets.
Will hereby agree to abide by military rules and post on this thread herewith in future
