I shall be seeing Easy A at Guildford this evening.

Don't really know much about it but hoping for a laugh or two.

I happened to catch a programme where Emma Stone was interviewed about the film and the clips I saw didn't seem too bad. I'm not sure, but I think it might be based on another film. Does anyone know more about this?

Has anyone seen the Jack & The Beanstalk film that was released this year?

Have some free tickets to see it as part of a Panto launch afternoon, but so far not heard too many good things about it, I think it could be quite a fun afternoon for the kids, but don't want to make them sit through a film that's really rubbish!!

I hadn't even heard of this until you mentioned it so I looked it up on IMDb where it doesn't get the best of write ups. On the plus side Chloe Moretz is in it and she seems to have the golden touch right now and Christopher Lloyd can usually be relied on to play a good part. That's all I can offer I'm afraid.

I enjjoyed Easy A very much, Emma Stone is a very talented young actress. It wasn't as funny as it might have been but still very amusing. I must admit that I found it very strange that she not only went along with some of the lies but actually volunteered to lie in one instance. What was she expecting when 'admitting' to these acts?? That was the one issue I had with the film, it made it a little difficult for me to be sympathetic towards her character at times.

Off topic; I'm flipping cold, so please excuse any typos as my fingers aren't working very well. If I could find the receipt I'd take them back and ask for a refund!!:D

I liked Easy A - Wouldn't it be great to have Stanley Tucci and Patricia Clarkson as your parents?

Really not sure why it was a 15 certificate. Sure, there was a lot of sex talk but none of it was graphic, no bad language (even that whole dubbed 'Twot' bit contradicted itself). I've definitely seen worse in a 12A.

Oh, and did anyone else get a free Let Me In T-shirt on Monday night? That's the second time I've got something from the Total Film screenings (after the Scott Pilgrim Beanie) - Yay!

Do you think I could do that with my teenager...or is it beyond the terms of contract?
