Hello, I've got tickets to see footloose tonight with paramount previews. I haven't had an email, I'm hoping I can safely assume that it's still going ahead?

According to the email they issued only screenings taking place at Showcase have been rescheduled.

I saw Real Steel at Bournemouth Odeon today with my two kids. My son who is 8 thought it was the best film ever and my daughter who is 5 gave it 0 out of 5 although she sat through the whole film and appeared to enjoy it. The cinema was 90-95% full so obviously a quite a few no shows bearing in my the previous post from Bournemouth saying there were no tickets available. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys the likes of Transformers and to Rocky fans as its a bit of a cross between the two. :)
  • I went to see Real Steel in Cardiff on Tuesday really enjoyable film loved all the effect's in it and thought the boy in it was brilliant, went to see Footloose last night and wished i hadn't bothered had to be one of the worst films i have seen for a while it was that boring that i think i slipped into a coma twenty minutes before the end why they had to remake this i don't know predictable rubbish

Having seen both the original and the remake of Footloose and having enjoyed both, I have to say that I thought the remake was very good in my opinion, even my husband had to admit it was a lot better than he expected!

I totally agree with you about Real Steel though!

The boy was excellent although my favourite robot (Rambush) was despatched pretty quickly due to Hugh Jackman's character's initial arrogance!:rotfl:
