Went to Greenwich Odeon today to see Warrior...but due to a technical glitch this was a no-go

Fortunately we were allowed to see Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy and that was a damn good film!

Still fingers crossed in case more warrior tickets come in the few days before the official screening (highly unlikely thow)...

Anyone have views on Drive? Got some tix for tomorrow but not entirely sure on that one yet...

if you not going try to cancel early please so if someone else wants to go can get tickets!

Drive is graphically violent but well worth seeing.
  • Hello everyone...Please has anyone got a spare ticket for Sheffield Cineworld this evening for drive? Please I really need this...
    Thanks
  • Saw Drive last night...

In my opinion, it was not a film I would ask my friends to go and see.

I was hoping for it to have a lot more heart pumping and thrilling moments. Heart pumping moments - maybe two scenes.... Thrilling moments... may be four scenes. Was expecting a few more car chases when only one was a decent chase.

All in all, I would not have spent money to see it and I have seen much better movies.
  • I watched What's your number last night in covent garden - being so centrally located I thought it would be full but there were still atleast 15 seats free! (and was a small screen to start with). I went with little expectation and was pleasantly surprised. There were some funny moments and all in all a good film to watch on date night, or with the girls! Wouldn't say it is a must see - but for anyone going to the cinema anyway and wondering what to watch - it's worth a go! :)

Look forward to my next screening - The Help!

Dolphin Tale starring Harry Connick Jnr, Ashley Judd, Kris Kristofferson and Morgan Freeman is the heart-warming true story of a boy’s fight to save an injured dolphin. Dive in and see it first at one of 25 Sky Movies screenings.

Tickets will be available to book soon.

Machine Gun Preacher starring Gerard Butler is the explosive true story of Sam Childers, an ex-drug dealer turned crusader for victims of war in East Africa. See it first on 11 October, weeks before its official release on 2 November.

Tickets will be available soon on SkyRewards

Couldn't agree more with this review. I was expecting more of the typical action movie style, but the director seemed to want to convey his message with meaningful looks and wistful background music.

I'm glad I saw Crazy Stupid Love before Drive or else I would have thought Ryan Gosling was a terrible actor and avoided at all costs.

  • I got some two for one tickets at Odeon the other week, they go out of date this weekend, but i just wondered if anyone had received the same tickets or they knew if this offer would be returning. They just gave me them when i bought normal cinema tickets?
