Free Cinema Tickets - Discussion thread

Has anybody got feedback on Drive preview with Virgin? I'd be interested to know how full the cinemas were, especially in Leicester. Somebody commented yesterday there were empty spaces. Was that the case everywhere?

I had the same problem, but registered with Facebook using the same email address as SFF, and clicked "Like" on the SFF Facebook page.
Then applied as normal on the SFF page (may need to logout and login again!)

Does anyone know whether there is a performance at 18:00?!

I've got some tickets from ShowFilmFirst, and they show 18th Sept at 18:00, but on the Nottingham Arena Website, the performance is at 3pm!

I've tried contacting SFF but without success!!

Hopefully it's an error, and the tickets will be valid for the 3pm performance!

I've just tried to get a few tickets Batman Live at Nottingham but it say this code was for use by invited guest list only I don't suppose if anyone cannot make it they would get me 4 tickets for sunday pretty please?! :j

Loads of empty seats in Bristol. About 60% full. Not sure if that was down to the film itself, the 18 rating or Virgins new "apply" for tickets method. I suspect a lot of people applied and then made other plans.

yes i got 2 this morning.... i found u have to go through soul surfer to book it through the drop down box... cause its not working through the normal way :0) hope that helps

Thanks for that.
People applying and not going has always happened that's why most previwes are over-subscribed nowdays.
This new Virgin policy is stupid since people who would have probably gone missed out. It's all daft really! Sky seems to be more efficient with their website.
