So are you just guessing then? Could it just be that you're angry because YOU didn't get a ticket and some other Sky customers were faster than you?

The argument about codes being posted online has been raging on and off forever. Turn the tables for a minute and think of people who buy a magazine with a seefilmfirst code, then when they try and use it (as it's intended for THEM as customers) all tickets have gone because the code had been posted on the net.

Same shoe, different foot my friend.

Not at all a case of same shoe, different foot.
I'm a Sky customer AND registered with seefilmfirst. Therefore if the code was in a magazine it would probably also have been offered to the seefilmfirst customers!

As it's likely that the Pirates tickets were only for Sky customers, then I have no issue with not getting one (turns out I wouldn't have made it anyway due to appraisal at work).

Also, press reviews have been very poor for the new Pirates (set piece after set piece with no story), I'll just go for the other option of seeing it free.

    I've been Money Tipped!
Really enjoyed Win Win last night. I thought it was a nice, uplifting, heart-warming story with quite a few laugh out loud moments. It's not the kind of film I'd usually choose to watch at the cinema (if paying!) so it made a really nice change. Thanks again to whoever posted the details :)

I agree with you autumngirl, I wasnt that bothered about seeing Win Win but really glad that we went. Enjoyed it a lot and would recommend it, much better than expected. Thought I would be bored but the story and characters really drew you in.

Hi, would be really grateful if anyone could get me 3 tickets for Prom in Cardiff. I've got problems logging into my sky rewards and awaiting an email back from them! Will repay favour if I can once sorted. Many thanks.

Did anyone else get turned away from the cinema tonight when they went to see pirates??

We did at Birmingham but our 'exclusive for sky customers' screening had been combined with a screening for Seat staff and was hence very heavily overbooked. We were there early but still not early enough! Think if it had just been the sky customers we would have been alright and they turned loads of us away. Think it sounds like they should have kept the screenings seperate. We were very lucky we got nice staff at the odeon and they gave us complimentry tickets to go again, (which they didnt have to do) but no thanks to sky!!

    Tenth Anniversary
POTC - I'm glad I didnt pay to see it. Lame.

I absolutely hate it when I get to the cinema nice and early to bag myself the best seats (4th person in the queue) and then a family of 99 dole sucking scummers come in after 6:30 and expect people to move.... the second word is off! rant over :)
