Just back from Tangled. Much better than expected. Did not even know it was 3D. Thoroughly enjoyed the film.

  • Just been to Tangled at Wandsworth. Bit of a mishap at the beginning as staff told us it was 2D, the film then started in 3D, then we had to buy the 3d glasses! Lucky enough I had some with me. But they did stop the film and restarted it when we all got back so none was missed!

We all loved the film! I'm not a 3D fan in general, but it was nicely done here. Rapunzel is a great princess and loved the other characters in the film. And I must confess to a teary eye at the end. Recommended.

3d glasses were free at our screening

film was better than alot of the recent disney outings, but still not back to Hercules and Little Mermaid standards - anyone else think alot of the songs sounded similar to Beauty and the Beast ones?

That's outrageous! Glasses are ALWAYS provided free of charge at 3D previews - they wouldn't be a free preview otherwise.

You should complain and get a refund.

We also watched Tangled 3D today. What a fab film, the kids loved it and sat quietly throughout, and I must admit I was also a little teary eyed at the end.

Oh and yes the 3D glasses were provided for free at the Odeon. Isn't Wandsworth Cineworld? Shame on them!

Gutted not to be able to go to Tangled at Bolton today. Sister and niece really enjoyed it though.

I like the sound of that movie. I wondered why it didn't show on the available list for my local cinemas this weekend, but not showing as general release until 14th January. Perhaps some cinemas got their showing earlier, or that you got preview tickets. You're lucky in that respect. I'll look out for it next week. Thanks for the heads up.
