LPG's advantage is its not effected by changes in price due to oil prices rising, other advantage is you don't pay a congestion charge and lowered road tax I believe0

OP, how many miles do you do in a year? Have you actually worked out if it will save you money? My dad has run two of his cars on LPG for the last 4 or 5 years and has now decided to just run them on petrol. This is due to a number of factors: he doesn't feel the financial gains are worthwhile any more & this with cars with 3litre & 6 litre engines & he is fed up with loosing boot space to the tanks.
Do your calculations & make sure it is in your favour before converting.0
