    Evening all

Swift recovery vibes for MsGnomey and sticky embryo vibes for Sally!

Meeting up at Castleford sounds like a great idea. I don't like all the roadworks around there at the moment, but would brave them for a flylady meet!

It's been an interesting day. I slept to long last night and despite staying up [STRIKE]late[/STRIKE] early for the second night in a row I didn't get all my work done. So at every possible opportunity I worked on my report today and got it in on time. It's not great and no doubt I'll be told that in the meeting on Monday, but the task was an absolute nightmare. Anyway, it's the weekend now! :j

I've tried to stay positive all day (MG's influence?) and came back this afternoon, actually wanting to do stuff. I made waffles (cue visit to friends down the road, as mum's waffle iron still had a German plug on and as an electrician he's much quicker at changing plugs) and corned beef hash for tea. DS1 has had a day of college (training day) and decided to properly tidy his room. :T I wonder when I'll be invited to have a look...

I'll be around for a little while longer with my glass of red, then it's a cup of tea and bed. DH is out and still vile, so I won't stay up. ;)
Tomorrow it's time to update my budget and fly. Will also have to go out to get prizes for awards evenings (will get money back, though).

In the interest of a clean and decluttered house I won't indulge in keeping up with the thread this weekend, but I'll be around. Hope everyone has a great Saturday.

  • going to do my hhc from the friday extra list and then go to bed. im working 10 to 6 tomorrow so need to be up early for me :D

I've never heard of that shopping place, been to York outlet before.....might be up for this but probably after Chrimbo, I'm half way there tomorrow night going to my Dad's :)

3/4 lazy 1/4 housework evening, but think I deserved a lazy one for a change. DSs been sent to rooms earlier this evening but DS1s still rattling round. He did 11pm-1am on Wednesday night, midnight - 4am last night so I am hoping he goes off to sleep soon. I've got them swimming stuff sorted as they're out from 10am swimming then cinema with the leisure group then we're going to my Dads for tea. Busy day, but hope to get something done while they are out, I must go get little Matthew's THIRD birthday present too for Monday :D flew over hasn't it!

Right, off to find something nice and edible as I feel peckish, then FB for a bit I think, night night all x x x
One day I might be more organised...........

I know, 3 already, most likely Autistic but hey ho he's a lush pot :) like I said to his Mum it could have been so much more. He's had the all clear from the heart unit for another year :) We're looking at private nurseries for him next week with private SEN provision I've managed to get funding for. He will talk a few words, mainly for me, he'll also do some eye contact when he knows he has to for me, so there is potential I just don't want to overstep the mark from favourite person status to wicked witch. I get NO NO NO - always in 3s when I go to leave as he wants me to stay and play. He'll do woof, meow, seesaw, three and Ta-Ra which is lush as he has to say Ta -Ra when I phone or his Mam has to ring me back lol. I'm getting him a new toy vacuum cleaner and some other bits.
