Santander 3.2% Flexible ISA online banking

I just called Santander today ask them to change mine on the Internet Bank.
They said there is no way they coould change it.
So in the internet Banking Mine still shown as Cash ISA Intead of Flexible ISA.
What i am worried here is that in the future could create a problem as if it is named Flexible ISA we gor about 3.2% pa. If it is called cash ISA it is not clear yet.
I know I could still proof it that it is flexible ISA as that what is written on opening confirmation letter.
But I still can not understand that they can not change it online. Anothe incompetency I guess.
