money saving:boots?

I wonder if anyone's had the same problem as me? I bought some Evans knee high zip up stretchy boots some years ago but have never been able to wear them successfully as they keep sliding down my legs and end up in a heap round my ankles! What can I do? They're not loose as I can barely do them up

i.e. cut off the top of an old sports sock, so you have a thick "calf band"(like a hair band, but for calves!). Position it below your knee, and see if it helps stop the boots sliding down?

Thanks for info regarding evans boots but I have decided to order from Marisota. Reason being I cant get to store til Saturday week (nearest 15miles away) and the ones I like are oos in my size online. So am going to place my order through tcb giving me 8% new customer cashback and 10% off as new customer too!!!
