Loan account information

Hi all.

This is my first time of using this, so bare with me! I am just in the process of writing to Lloyds Bank to get a copy of my loan agreement. Does anyone have an address for this. I am just worried that my request will not reach the right department and this will hold the process up. Thanks guys xxx

    Hi and welcome

When I requested for my data, I used this address here....

    LLOYDS TSB BANK PLC
    DSAR TEAM
    CUSTOMER SERVICES
    RECOVERY TEAM
    CHARLTON PLACE C57
    ANDOVER
    HAMPSHIRE
    SP10 1RE

Some have I believe used this address here...

    Customer Care
    Lloyds TSB plc
    125 Colmore Row
    Birmingham
    B3 3SF

I would post by recorded delivery if you can, and check the status of delivery, you will know they have received it then.

But I also understand that you can actually request this from your local bank.

Just write a simple letter, ask they provide you with a copy of your loan agreement for loan account number XXXXXXXXX (if you do not have the account number, check banking statements, the loan acc number should be shown next to the monthly payments), if you bank online and bank with lloyds, you should be able to check statements going back the last 6-7 years, sometimes earlier.
Ask they supply by 12-14 days, and enclose £1 cheque or postal order.

If you have a reclaim, you write to these here:

    Lloyds PPI
    Customer Care
    Lloyds TSB Insurance
    Tredegar Park
    Newport
    South Wales
    NP10 8SB

    Good luck.;)
